Brief Meeting

We will schedule a brief meeting to discuss your Health Assessment. In this meeting we will talk through your personal goals and what has hindered these goals in the past. We will discuss health concerns, allergies/intolerances, medications, work-out regiments, and more!

Align on Health Goals

Once we have discussed your potential health goals, we will make sure our plan moving forward aligns with your personal goals. Weight loss? Getting off certain medications? More energy? Build Muscle? You may have one major goal, but getting healthy can mean more than you ever imagined!

Plan Recommendation

After discussing your goals, we will talk plans! We have plans for teens, elderly, nursing mothers, diabetics, etc. Whatever your exact needs are, we can choose a plan that works best for you!

Continued Support

Once we have set your goals and you have started your plan, you can expect continued support from me as your coach! We will have regular check-ins where we can celebrate your wins, talk through what has been difficult for you, and make any changes! You are never on this journey alone.
